Grading

We take pride in grading our clothing honestly and to the best of our ability, coincidentally this is done by humans who sometimes become a little too excited about being surrounded by so many clothes and can therefore occasionally miss errors, or overlook the obvious. We normally achieve over 90% accuracy in our grading.

We have always made it our policy to grade our products as accurately as possible; we will not knowingly supply a product that is below the grade described. Wherever possible, we invite buyers to call and collect so that they may satisfy themselves before purchasing.

Please note that payment in full is required before goods can be released.

We accept payment as follows:-

BACS                        Bank transfer direct to our Company Bank account

Card payments      Details always verified before processing to prevent fraud

PayPal                     Safe & secure payment via PayPal on line processing.

Pay by phone        Purchase goods, then call to make payment with your Credit/Debit card

Please note that overseas orders must be paid by BACS only. Goods are only despatch on receipt of cleared funds.

Orders are shipped via courier, with parcel tracking. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days from receipt of payment (subject to availability) however this may be longer during busy periods.
